- Build an environment that allows the engineering team to excel

- Experience in planning, prioritizing, and working in an agile environment
- Good knowledge of agile frameworks and experience with using Agile tools to inform and provide feedback

- Full-stack development experience

- Be a consultant to our clients. Think out-of-the-box and develop visualization solutions that help clients in solving their business problems
- A tremendous passion for learning is a must. You must be able to merge the art of consulting and the science of Design in visualization
- Drive and energy to work hard and achieve success in an entrepreneurial environment
- Should have hands-on experience in delivering projects across multiple industries and analytics areas (e.g., Supply chain analytics, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Digital Analytics, Pricing Analytics)
- Deep understanding of at least one tool
- Strong communication, storyboarding, and presentation skills
- Proficient in PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik/Spotfire
- Bonus for proficient coding skills in R / Python. Master-level skills in SQL and query languages
- 2+ years of experience working with visualization tools such as PowerBI Tableau, Qlik
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to proficiently come up to business requirements/model and gain a good understanding of business metrics
- Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication
- Understand efficient coding standards and has a knack to plan for QC checks
- Added advantage if you understand Cloud hosting, customizing visualization tools using DAX, data integration with analytical data-streams
